Our focus

Like threads on a loom, development and testing make each other stronger.

On a loom, the strength of the cloth comes from threads running in two directions. We see software the same way: building and verifying are separate disciplines, but the result is better when they are woven together from the start.

    We start by agreeing, in plain language, what the software or system must do and how the result will be checked. Open questions are written down rather than assumed.

    Regular communication

    You should always know what is being worked on, what is finished and what needs a decision from you. Progress is shared in a form you can review.

    Verification

    Work is checked against the agreed requirements before it is called done. When something does not behave as expected, it is reported, fixed and retested.

    Documentation

    What was built, how it is set up and what was tested is recorded, so the knowledge stays with your business after the project.
